Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Location: It was conveniently located near a good selection of restaurants. Transportation: The hotel had easy access to public transportation. Close to attractions: Many of the key attractions were within walking distance.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the old city, making it easy to explore the main attractions on foot. It is also close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have spacious granite counters for personal essentials. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing guidance and loaning power converters. The breakfast is simple but nice, while the Christmas decorations in the city create a festive atmosphere.

There were a few flies in the room that could be bothersome.

Fairly clean and budget accom with beautiful location short walk to Duomo as well as the trainstation and the city centre.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right between the train station and the Duomo, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout our stay. We were impressed with our room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a modern bathroom. The highlight was definitely the access to the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the views. The fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch.

I loved my recent stay at Hotel Balcony in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with the magnificent Duomo always serving as a handy landmark. The room was clean and although the shape was a bit awkward, it didn't hinder our stay too much. The large granite counter in the bathroom was a nice touch. The young male receptionist was incredibly helpful and even loaned us a power converter. The balcony provided a great view of the Duomo, although we didn't have much time to enjoy it. The breakfast was typical but satisfying. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk from SM Novella train station. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Balcony in Florence.
